Stumbling Around in WindLight Bliss
She might be drunk, but on beauty. Her eyes stay fixed on sky and sea, shadow and the soft touches of light. She stumbles to shore, slides off of cliffs, clumsily, soaking her boots to the ankle in the shocking cold waters of the firth. Laughing! Eyes shining with reflected light.
Look around. Is it any surprise? What a wonderful world.

*grumbles sleepily about Windlight and evil and fevered hallucinatory visions*
But I’m glad it works for *you*.

Miss Em, my heart goes out to yeh, running on a restricted system. I am glad that it is at least sufficient to allow yeh to be with us, if not see all the shinies we see. I’m getting more into virtual photography again, so will likely be posting quite a few new photographes here in this journal.
One of my hopes is that we create not only entertaining films in Caledon Studios, but also beautiful ones, capturing the breathtaking views that not all of us have the “eyes” to see.
I hope that is not too much of a tease…

No, and I have yet to try the capacity of the toaster.
Sadly, I think the biggest thing holding me back from enabling Windlight? Is not that the system specs are that off. I could probably make it work. It’s that I hate, with a fiery vengeance, the official browser structure. It’s part of why I went to Nicholaz in the first place–separation of ‘history’ from ‘IM’ windows, ‘IM’ button still over ‘Communicate’, none of this annoying take-up-half-your-screen window default sizing…
…I’ll miss that, keenly, if I make the switch.
